We ship to countries that use the euro as their currency, excluding French and Spanish overseas territories.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery normally takes 3–4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free, except to islands, where an additional shipping surcharge may apply.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.
Will the items in my order arrive in one package?
Each spare wheel kit is shipped in one package: 1 spare wheel kit = 1 package.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All displayed prices include VAT.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind or withdrawal, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment method. It normally takes approximately 2 business days.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can open a case and investigate the issue.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available in Italy only.
Do you store my card details?
No. We do not store your payment card details.
